Leafs Tickets

I'm not a huge hockey fan, but I used to always heard how it was near on impossible to get Leafs tickets.

Is this still the case? If so, would it not make sense for the Leafs to look at a new arena, allowing more people to attend games? Having more seats available would also hopefully bring down the cost of the average ticket, and combining that with the number of tickets available would make watching a game with the family so much easier. Or, is it better to have limited tickets, ensuring the arena is filled week in week out ... giving the whole affair an almost exclusive feel to it? I can see positives and negatives on both sides of the discussion.

What are your thoughts?
